Double room with own bathroom and balcony

I am just about to finish off the built in wardrobe and then a double room will be available to rent in my house. The private bathroom that it comes with boasts a bath incase you like to soak.

I currently like with another person Izzy, and my two fur babies (a 9 year old cat and 9 month old very well trained staffy). We are both professionals and work in the city a few days a week. We are both very chill people who like to cook and generally hangout.

The house has a huge kitchen with a massive island, a dining room, living room, and garden. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen, a range cooker, water softener, networking etc.

We are in a great location also, being an 8 minute walk to East Dulwich station and a 12 minute walk to Peckham Rye. So you can literally get anywhere in london in 30 mins!! Then more locally we are nestled in at the end of lordship lane, between the bellenden road and Peckham Rye, walking distance to the bars in Peckham.
