Furnished comfortable double room on ground floor in a family setting, for rent. Shared walk-in shower room with separate toilet next to shower room.
This is a semi detached house in Council tax Band D, in a quiet
residential area between the Peckham Rye area and East Dulwich.

The amenities in this area is very good, transport links are reliable to many parts of London, we have Pubs, Cafes, Tesco express, Sainsbury's quite near.

A female lodger would be preferable but would consider a young male, either MUST be a non-smoker and drinker, If you do drink, it should be an occasional drink.
This room is ideal for someone who doesnt live in London but works away from home and just need a room for staying during the week but will accept full time lodger.
This is a quiet space and looking for someone who likes to come home to a nice clean quiet home after work, the weekends if we are not at work we may be sounding out relaxing music to unwind from an hectic week. So if you like chilling and relaxing then our space might be right for you.
Also it would be nice if you like pets as we're looking to get a cat soon.👌
