I’m looking for a flatmate to take over a room in a gorgeous two bedroom flat in Peckham. I've lived here with my current flatmate for two years, but she's now moving in with her boyfriend. We have loved living here - its a warm, well situated and comfortable home.

The Flat:
- Unfurnished bedroom fits a king sized bed and has an inbuilt wardrobe with room to spare
- Kitchen with all modern appliances, with plenty of storage and counter space
- Close to cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants as well as Peckham Rye common
- East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations 12 mins walk
- Neighbouring streets are also well-served by nine different bus routes: 176 (to Oxford Circus – also night bus), 185 (Victoria), 40 (London Bridge), 63 (Kings Cross) 12 (Oxford Circus). including 24-hour buses into central London.

Looking for a professional a similar age to me.

You'd be living with me - I'm 28 from New Zealand originally and work in tech. Outside of work, I enjoy a mix of social time, being active, cooking and relaxing at home.
