Hi, I’m renting out my large 1-bed flat in Peckham Rye/East Dulwich for 2.5 WEEKS ONLY, from the 15th of September to the 3rd of October. ☺️

It has a huge back garden, large kitchen and living room and separate bedroom, bathroom and toilet room. It’s on a nice residential street with quiet neighbours and is a 10 minute walk from Peckham Rye overground station. Also a 6 minute walk to the bus stops on Nigel Road or 12 minutes to East Dulwich rail station.

Peckham Rye Park and Goose Green Park are both a 5 minute walk away, as is Dulwich Leisure Centre (with pool and gym).

The living room has a small sofa bed so that room could also sleep another person if need be.

Would be perfect for a single resident or a couple flat-hunting for a more permanent place in London. It's also a great jumping off point for visitors looking to enjoy a couple weeks in the city.
