Living Room

Sadly, after many years of fun and silliness, two of our best mates have decided they need to grow up and move onwards into the real world with their other halves, so we have one double room available from the end of November in our large Peckham Rye house.

ABOUT US

James/Chez (32): Works for Puma and solely wears Puma. Ginger. Man of simple pleasures. Loves being active, watching sport/TV series, and Bob Mortimer. Incredibly silly.

Alex (35): Architect (obsessed with spending obscene hours doing drawings basically). Loves sport/TV, the pub, Asia, and cooking giant elaborate meals. Also incredibly silly.

THE HOUSE

Lovely 'period' 4 bed Victorian terraced house on a quiet residential road 10 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station and Lordship Lane, minutes from Peckham Rye Park.

Ground floor hosts a living room, dining room and large Kitchen, leading out onto a sunny patio garden.

1st floor is two rooms (Alex and myself), alongside a shared bathroom and toilet.

Top floor (roof conversion) we have the two available rooms, one a large ensuite, the other a smaller (but cheap) double.

BILLS/DEPOSIT

Bills are £118 PCM each. Includes Internet, a bi-weekly cleaner, and all the other shite you need to live/survive.
Deposit is £980 each (the total house deposit divided by 4), and rent is sent combined each month.

ABOUT YOU

Avoiding the textbook 'must be sociable but also independent' contradiction, we're simply looking for a similar laidback, like-minded housemate, up for getting stuck in with sharing a bit of cooking / binging a TV series or two during the week, and the odd pub session / night out at the weekend - you know type of thing.
