I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a bright top-floor flat just off Rye Lane. Rent is £925pm and bills currently around £150pm.

The upstairs is a lovely open-plan kitchen/living room, great for cooking, relaxing or hosting. There’s loads of storage and a south-facing balcony.

Downstairs is the bathroom (shared between us) and both bedrooms. The available room is a good-sized double with plenty of storage. It comes part-furnished (you’ll need to bring a bed).

The flat is in a great location - 7 mins to Peckham Rye station with quick trains into central, Peckham Rye Park a short walk the other way, plus plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. Tesco Express is 30 seconds away, with Lidl & Morrisons about 10 mins walk.

About me: I’m 28, work in sustainability for a construction company, WFH 2 days a week. Evenings and weekends I’m usually cooking, thrifting, watching sport, or escaping London for some fresh air. I’m clean, easy-going, sociable, and respectful of space.
