Our lovely housemate is sadly moving out from the beginning of September so we’re looking for a new person to come and live with us!

The house is a stones throw away from Restaurants, Beer gardens, Peckham Rye park & shops🤓 given we’re on Peckham Rye we’re also super close the Nunhead and East Dulwich (10 min walks).

With a bus stop right outside and London Bridge only 9 mins away on the overground, this is a perfect spot for anyone commuting into central too.

The house gets the sun from both sides so it’s lovely and bright! (Photos taken in the evening but is super sunny and bright in the day) The room is a cosy double bedroom on the top floor and shares the bathroom with the other bedroom upstairs. There’s essentially a walk in wardrobe/cupboard in the hall outside so plenty of room for clothes! Room for a small desk if working from home! Comes with bed and mattress (which is new).

Lil bit about us 😘

Alex: 31 from Liverpool! But lived in London about 10 years now (omg). I work as a freelance AD in TV & Film industry so out of the house on the days that I’m working.

Anna: 31, originally from Hertfordshire (also been in London quite a while now. I’m in Marketing for commercial real estate and generally wfh one day a week!

We love grabbing drinks and meals with friends, but also up for a a cosy night in watching a bit of the Traitors. Would love to find a housemate who’s keen to do the same, but also have our own circle of friends to hang out with! 🥰
