Private double room available in a stunning, brand-new 2-bedroom flat on Copeland Road, right at the top of lively Peckham Rye, SE15.

Just a 5-minute walk to Peckham Rye station – fantastic connections via London Overground (Windrush line to Clapham Junction/Dalston), Thameslink, Southern, and Southeastern (quick links to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Victoria, Canary Wharf, and beyond).

You’ll be sharing the flat with us – a friendly Indonesian woman (33) and British man (34), both working professionals. We value privacy, respect, and a clean, chilled vibe.

Room & flat highlights:

Availability (3-month let, flexible):
• Available now for around 3 months (March–May period).
• We’ll be here throughout March (sharing the flat normally).
• In April, we’ll be travelling in Southeast Asia for 4–6 weeks – you’ll have the entire flat to yourself for most/all of that month! (This private time is why the price is a bit higher.)
• We’ll return in May for the rest of the stay.

Open to offers for shorter stays (e. g., just March–April) or slightly longer if timings align.
