Looking to fill this lovely double bedroom straight across from Peckham Rye Park!

The current flatmate is moving out to live with close friends, so I am looking for a new fun flatmate.

I am a nice sociable person who is looking for someone who is clean and tidy, chill, and fun but also doesn't bring the party back to the flat. I enjoy in my spare time watching lots of films, music, walks, art and chess.

The flat is on the second floor and the room is big and comes with the bedframe, mattress, as well as a clothes rack and storage under the bed. There is also a nice green view of the Peckham Rye from the window and from our living room windows. The whole flat has ample natural light during the day!

The flat has a big living room with 2 couches, a TV, and lots of plants. We have a beautiful kitchen with a gas burner stove. There is a washer machine, a dishwasher, and the bathroom is shared. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment.

There is private parking and a place to store your bike. And the flat is well situated from nice restaurants, pubs, and Peckham Rye Train Station (7-10 minute walk)

Room is going for 1000 pcm and Bills (including council tax - Band B) would come to around 150 per month.

Ideally not for students - but PhDs are welcome to be considered. Occupation does not matter, just want someone who is friendly and respectful!
