We're looking for a flatmate to join us in our lovely sunny flat in Peckham/East Dulwich (about 10mins walk from either station). The room is ensuite but unfurnished (rest of the flat is kitted out). We're on a quiet residential street but very close to Peckham Rye park and pubs/amenities - lots of nice beer gardens for the summer.
We are Sam and Allie, we've been friends since uni and living together in South London for the past 3 years. We're looking for a sociable, tidy, LGBTQ-friendly professional to join us from June/July (can be flexible if needed).
The rent does not include bills but split between 3 comes to roughly £130 (council tax, water, energy, house insurance, internet).
One of us is hybrid working at the moment (WFH 2 days a week) but happy to share working space :)
