Then there’s a kitchen / living room upstairs and a rooftop that you can get on to. There’s also a dishwasher and tumble drier and we’ve got a really nice landlord!

So flat is right next to Peckham rye park and you can walk to Peckham and Nunhead stations and there’s a bus top that comes right outside the flat.

The room is available from September 1st. I’ve lived in this flat for 2 years and Daire’s been here for 1 - we’re both 26 and I’m an environmental consultant and Daire is doing a PhD in neuroscience. We’re both quite social and busy but also hang in the flat sometimes too/ go out together! We like to keep the flat really clean.
