Sunny double room available in a top-floor flat looking out onto Peckham Rye park. Peckham Rye station is 15 min walk or 5-10 min bus/cycle.

The room is £876 with bills roughly £80 on top.

The room comes with the double bed, wardrobe and small chest of drawers. The desk and chair I bought separately but would be willing to sell it!

I’m moving out after living here for over a year. One of our flatmates has lived here for 3+ years. You’d be living with two lovely girls in their mid-late 20s, both working professionals. Very friendly/relaxed flat.

Because we look right out onto the park it feels so quiet and idyllic - you would never know you’re 5 mins away from Peckham. We have nice quiet neighbours and a good landlord.
