Double bedroom in a two bed flat share overlooking Peckham rye. 15 minute walk from Peckham rye and nunhead station with close bus stops for easy travel. There is also a secure bike lock up and access to car parking.

I work full-time and I am out of the flat for most of the day, so it's generally a quiet and relaxed home. I'm looking for a clean and considerate person to share with.
