I am posting this advert on behalf of my mother who is a 64 years old. She lives alone in a 3 bedroom house and is looking to rent one of the spare rooms to a young professional or student. She is a social worker that works hybrid and is a quiet churchgoing lady that keeps to herself.

I am looking for someone that is homely and respectful and is looking for a quiet and preferably long term place to rent.

The person will have free use of the living room and kitchen as well as shared bathrooms. The house is close to local bus stops and is in walking distance of Rye Lane. Peckham Rye Park and Peckham Rye Station.
