Beautiful room on Peckham Rye available

A room’s become available in our beautiful flat overlooking Peckham Rye - SE15.

We’re gutted to see our housemates leave who’ve been here for 8 years!

The flat is a 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye station or Nunhead station or 7 minute bus. It’s set across 3 floors, 4 of us in total so there’s plenty of space. We have a front garden, open plan kitchen/living area, three bathrooms including 2 showers. Our massive bay windows look across the Rye - sunsets are insane!

You’ll be living with Mia (Graphic Designer), Saana (Creative Director) and Mike (the soundest mental-health nurse you’ll ever meet). We often go for drinks together and hang out in the dining room.

We travel sometimes so the new flatmate needs to be open to us subletting our rooms on occasion.

We’re after someone who’s looking for a home, who’s clean and tidy, easygoing and just good vibes! It’s not a party house but we have friends over from time to time.

We’re all super busy so viewings will be next week:

Tuesday 14th July - all evening
Wednesday 15th - all day until football at 8pm
Thursday 16th - all day

Deposit is £1,200. All bills are included in the rent, including our cleaner fortnightly, Wifi, all utilities, and toilet paper subscription.

We’d like someone who’s up for staying for at least a year so we don’t have to do this process again for a while!
