Hi everyone, we have a sublet let available in our Peckham flat overlooking the park for August until the end of September! Exact dates flexible but basically available immediately.
You'll be living with two very nice Irish people (Cathal and Chloe), both creatives and into sport, music and film. The flat has a huge living room with a beautiful view of Peckham Rye - this is where we spend most of our time.
The room itself is a small double, has a similarly nice view to the living room and gets tonnes of light.
Rent is £800 a month excluding bills (about 100), paid on the 10th. There is an empty clothes rail to use but my books are still on the shelves - if this is an issue please let me know and we can work something out. There is a little bit of extra storage space available.
