£900 Flat five minutes from the Rye, fantastic vie

After over a year and a half in Peckham, I'm making the move north of the river to stay with my partner.
This is definitely my favourite flat that I've lived in since moving to London. I'll miss it.
The two lads are bang on too. I didn't know either of them before living together. While the three of us definitely do our own thing, we'll go for pints the odd time, watch telly etc. too.
There's plenty of room to potter about in the kitchen and flake out in the living room as you'll see from the pics.
I was also able to fit quite a bit of stuff in my room as well if you fancy some me time.
The views from the kitchen are class, particularly first thing in the morning and when you get home at night.
I couldn't recommend the flat enough to be honest. For those new to Peckham, there's tonnes to do - plenty of cool places to grab a bite to eat and with the Nag's, the Ivy House and Skehan's a short stroll away, there are plenty of pubs to go pinting in too!
It's about 10 minutes to the station which brings you to London Bridge in under 10 minutes. The option's there to head to Clapham, Dalston or out towards Tulse Hil and round there as well...
I'm looking to move out by the 7th September but I'm happy to free the room up before then if it suits better.
