Room to let with 3 housemates, less than 1 minute walk from Peckham Rye Station, Rye Lane, Peckham Arches, Franks Cafe / Bussey Building, Peckham Plex - located in Elm Grove

Commute:
East Dulwich, Camberwell, London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars, Clapham all under 15 minute train. Shoreditch High Street, Brixton, Farringdon, Whitechapel, Elephant and Castle, Bermondsey all within 20 minutes

Three professionals (and friends), aged 26, 27 & 26

We are all chill, respectful and clean. We like to watch a tv show during the week but do have days of doing our own thing. We usually go to the pub 1/2 times a week which we’d love our new housemate to come along when they can!

There is no set time we’d want our new house mate to stay (short and long term lets welcome), but for the price & location we really do like our house so hope to stay indefinitely
