Spacious Double Room in Friendly Peckham Rye House

A bright, good-sized bedroom with a king-size bed is opening up in our quiet Peckham Rye home while our housemate is away on a six-month international work secondment.

The house itself is hugely spacious, featuring a large modern kitchen, an expansive living room, two shared bathrooms, and a private garden. It’s tucked away on a quiet road, yet just a short walk from all of Peckham Rye’s and East Dulwich’s best coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants, alongside excellent transport links into Central London.

You’ll be sharing with three young professionals (two NHS workers and a sports sponsorship director, one male and two females). We’re a warm, sociable house where everyone enjoys catching up over a drink or dinner, while fully respecting each other’s downtime and work schedules.
