Double Room - Nunhead/Peckham Rye

Spacious fully-furnished room in Nunhead/Peckham Rye area.

The room is a large double, well lit by natural light. Plenty of storage (as seen on photographs) space, and furnished with a desk, wardrobe and double bed.

We are a multi-generational household seeking a tenant who will fit in well with the household. Of the three occupants, two are professionals and one is retired. We are generally sociable, spending a lot of time in the shared kitchen/dining area, but are also highly respectful of others' privacy.

There is a spacious kitchen/dining room which tenants are welcome to use and spend time in. The living room is private (and the sole domain of the oldest family member!) The garden is also accessible (if not the best manicured!)

Bills and Wifi included.

Two of the household are smokers and we are tolerant of other smokers, within reason.

There are two cats in the household. Sadly, no further pets can be accommodated.

We are open to short term (even one week) lets.
