2-story 5 bed house nestled between Lordship Lane and Peckham Rye Station.

The house features a spacious open plan living room dining and kitchen with dishwashing and washing machines that open up to a patio perfect for summer barbecues.

There is also a large shed out back in the garden that can be used for bike storage if needed

Transport links: 7-10 minute walk to East Dulwich Station or Peckham Rye with a large number of buses very close running along with Peckham Rye (63, 363, 12, 197, 78) and Goose straight into Central London and places like Clapham, Brixton, and Shoreditch.

A number of great pubs very nearby, including the Gowlett, the Clockhouse, the Montpelier and the Victoria as well as a quick five-minute walk to the many shops on Lordship Lane.
