Lovely room with bay window at the back of the house so nice a quiet. It's a 3 bedroomed victorian house with garden. There is a large kitchen diner and use of one of the reception rooms.
Tenant will have access to one of the living rooms, the garden and obviously the kitchen diner. It is a very comfortable and calm house and I am the living landlady.
Very good transport links with an 8 min. walk to East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations. Also very good area with bars, coffee shop and restaurants in area.
I'm pretty busy with work and various hobbies so in and out alot. I'm respectful of peoples privacy but equality happy to have chat in the kitchen.
I'm looking for someone who is considerate, straight forward, tidy and easy going.
