This furnished bright double room is in a good-sized flat in a small, quiet 1950s block in excellent location 5 mins walk to the shops, pubs and bars of Peckham, close to Dulwich and Nunhead and 10 minutes to Peckham Rye station, with its links to London Bridge (15 minutes) and the East London Line plus buses that go from right outside into central London. Handy for commuting and going out but also close to green spaces including the Rye, Nunhead Cemetery and Nunhead Green.

There is balcony, shared living room, kitchen (with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher), bathroom and toilet, and your room has a built in wardrobe and kingsize bed with mattress, chest of drawers and desk.

It has leafy surroundings and most of the residents in the block are families. All in all, I’ve found it a great place to live for the past eight years. If you cycle, bikes can be kept in the communal grounds of the estate.
