The room (1) comes with two single beds that connect to a king size bed at £1000 per month bills included ! Along comes a desk and a chair .There are different photos that show the different possible layouts.

The room(2) comes with a SUPER KING SIZE bed- a mirror -a sofa and 2 nightstands. There is space provided in the wardrobe to store stuff. At £1100 pcm bills incl.

The room (3) comes with a double bed, a big sofa bed, a table with chairs and 2 armchairs. At £1200pcm bills incl.

Deposit at £400.00 .

The rooms are available for rent 1 -2 months.

The flat is 5 minutes walking to Penge East,10 mins to Penge West and 20 mins to Sydenham train station and New Bechenham train station.

The rooms are rented by the week at £300 (Room 1 ) ,£350 (Room 2) and £400 (Room 3). For 2 weeks at£550 (Room 1) , £600 (Room 2) and £650 (Room 3) bills included .

The rooms are available on Airbnb !

The lease does not allow pets.
