The room comes with two single beds that connect to a king size bed at £1000 per month bills included ! Along comes a desk and a chair .There are different photos that show the different possible layouts.

The room is available for rent 1 -2 months or less .

The flat is 5 minutes to Penge East,10 mins to Penge West and 20 mins to Sydenham train station and New Bechenham train station.

The room is rented by the week at £300. For 2 weeks at£550 and for 3 weeks at £800 bills included .

The room is also available on Airbnb !

The lease does not allow pets.
