Room in spacious 3 bed apartment with garden

I am the living in landlord, I am 29F. Due to my work, I travel a lot and I am home just a couple of days per month.

So you'll be able to have a double room in an otherwise empty house with 2 bedrooms, 1 small studio room and a huge living room with open kitchen area. There is a large garden outside the kitchen.
Washing machine in the house downstairs next to the bathroom. In front of the washing machine, under the stairs, there is ample storage for luggages and larger items. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub downstairs and one with just a toilet upstairs.

I am very chill and would ideally prefer to live with another girl.

I have a cleaning lady that comes twice a week as I am very busy, to keep the place clean and water the plants in the garden and she will also keep all common areas clean, including the bathroom.

The place is 5 min walk from Penge East Station and 10 min from Penge West Station.
