An Artsy 1930’s house on a friendly street, with easy access to Kent House station, Clock House, Avenue Rd tram and Anerley station. The rooms are spacious with new mattresses and good sized wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. We have 3 WC’s in the house. Our kitchen has a big fridge and washing machine/ dryer and dishwasher. The garden is lovely with a comfortable deck and an allotment that can be enjoyed.
