The house has a spacious kitchen, large open-plan living/dining room, a big garden, and a shared bathroom with bath and shower.

We’re in a great location close to independent shops, restaurants, takeaways, and a large supermarket just 2 minutes away.

We’re two 31-year-old professionals (education & research) who enjoy a relaxed, friendly home. We like cooking, playing sport, live music, DIY, coffee spots, and the occasional pub/quiz/dinner. We’re LGBTQIA+ friendly and looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a house share, while still respecting downtime.

A cleaner comes for communal areas, which is included in the bill cost. We are not looking to change this arrangement.
