We’re looking for a new housemate to join our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Penge, available from 21st of September.

Room price - £770 pm
Bills come to - £140 pppm

The house is a gorgeous Georgian house, with a big kitchen, large front room and garden.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
It currently includes:
Double bed and mattress
Clothes Rail
Drawers
Bed side table

The House:
Sofa (sofa bed, great for if people need to stay round.)
Dining table and chairs
TV
Large Back garden
Shed for bike storage
Bills, including council tax, come to around £140 per month.

About us:
We’re two actors/musicians/creatives, who work in the performing arts.

Matt is a busy bee who likes seeing friends, cycling, boardgames and cooking delicious food for everyone.

Kat is the modern embodiment of Stevie Nicks, who loves folk music, Baldurs Gate and enjoys their own space.

We like to keep the House relaxed, tidy and easy to live in, but we’re also social and up for hanging out and spending time together in the evenings whether that’s in the house or out in the wild! Lots to do nearby and easy to get around.

Location:
Easy walking/cycling distance to Crystal Palace
10 minute walk away from both Penge East and Penge West Station.
A 20 minute journey to Victoria Station.
15-minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s, less that 10 minute walk to Tesco Express
