Excellent transport links within 5 minutes' walk to both Penge East (trains between Bromley/Brixton/Victoria and Penge West (Overground/Windrush trains between Croydon/Canada Water/Highbury & Islington etc). Crystal Palace station is also up the road. Bus links to Lewisham, Catford, Dulwich, Peckham, Sydenham etc plus the 176 night bus to Tottenham Court Road.

I WFH in recruitment as an Operations Manager. I try to keep things tidy most of the time but I'm also not going to wheel out the guillotine if you leave a plate in the sink! You will also be sharing with my very old, very lazy pug who enjoys sleeping and snacks.

About You: Looking for a clean, easy-going professional who treats the flat like a proper home. Up for the occasional drink, dinner or chat on the terrace but also values having their own space, routine and downtime. Must be LGBTQIA+ (and dog!) friendly.
