Short-term availability between September and end October 2026, at a market reduced rate to stay a minimum to maximum 1 month only.

Sharing a well-maintained home with me (landlady), my son (18yrs), and a cat. My other son is away at University during term time.

A furnished, sunny double bedroom loft space with en-suite is available with ample storage. There is room for a desk - which I have available if required, but otherwise image shows it has a tall chest of drawers, wardrobe, armchair (can be removed), full-length mirror, king size bed, side table, two lamps and a laundry basket. The plant is no longer in this room and cat is optional!

The 3 bed house feels spacious with two bathrooms (one is a shower room) a large kitchen/diner with a good French style sized fridge, a 5 hob range cooker and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and a pantry shelving area to keep your dry food items separately if you wish. There is also an additional anti-room (between main bathroom and upstairs hallway) to dry your clothes rather than this being in your bedroom.

A very convenient commuting location, less than a 10 minute walk to main shops in Penge High Street or choice of parks.

Nearby local stations:
Penge East Station (distance 5-10 min walk) to London Victoria in about 20 minutes.
New Beckenham (distance 7-10 min walk) to Charing X via London Bridge or Waterloo in about 25 minutes.
Sydenham: (distance 15 min walk) to Surrey Quays, Shoreditch etc.

Reservation: £150 (non refundable if cancelled)
First month: £550 (month in advance on first day, less the reservation)
Any subsequent month/s: £800 (monthly in advance)
