It's less than 10 minutes walk to both King's Cross and Angel underground stations, and there are multiple bus routes less than 2 minutes walk away. Although very central, the immediate neighbourhood is residential and peaceful. That said, the vibrant Exmouth Market, and bustling Upper Street are just a few minutes walk away.

The property is a mix of traditional Georgian architecture with a modern extension that gives natural daylight all year round. The apartment comprises two separate lounges and a kitchen/dining room that leads directly out in to a south-facing private terrace and garden.
