A rare opportunity for an awesome flat share in the centre of London and Soho. Unfortunately my lovely flat mate is relocating and this beautiful double room in a 2/3 bedroom flat is becoming available.

The room is spacious and sunny with direct access to a balcony. The bathroom is shared and there is a large living and kitchen space on the upper floor with another balcony / outdoor space. The flat is located on the 5th floor (keeps us fit :)). You could not get a better or more sought after location with bars, restaurants and shops all around.

We would welcome a respectful, positive and open minded professional for a harmonious flat share.

Would suit someone who is out a lot with work/ engagements and not working from home. We are very busy and independent so need some space after work and this works when we are all mobile and busy . Also, despite the location, this is not a party flat. The room is only available for a single female, no couples.
