A bright and spacious double room is becoming available in a beautiful flat right in the heart of Soho. My current flatmate is relocating for a job in Paris, so this is a rare chance to live in one of London’s most sought-after locations, surrounded by some of the city’s best restaurants, cafés, bars and shops.

The room itself is generously sized, filled with natural light, and has direct access to a small outside space. The flat is split across two levels, with a large open-plan living and kitchen space upstairs leading onto a second outdoor area - perfect for morning coffee or winding down after work.

The flat is on the 5th floor, so there are plenty of stairs involved, but it keeps us active and the views are worth it.

This is a calm, respectful and independent home rather than a party flat. We’re ideally looking for a like-minded professional who has their own routine, enjoys central London living, and values a relaxed, considerate atmosphere at home. The setup works best for someone who spends a good amount of time out with work, social plans or travel, rather than working from home full-time.
