ZONE 1 Central London - 5 mins to Pimlico Station, 10 mins to Victoria station & coach station. Quiet area but super central – tons of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Close to the Thames, Tate Britain, Battersea park or Hyde park.

Room:
Furnished double room with direct access to a sunny balcony, furnished with queen bed and build in wardrobe & dresser/drawers.

Flat:
South facing balcony in the living room (sun from 11am–sunset in summer!). We grow plants and food in summer, and it's a lovely spot to relax. Spacious living room with projector/speaker set up.

Shared bathroom, shower/bath combo in one room, toilet is in a separate room.

Kitchen has washing machine/dryer combo and new dishwasher plus all usual appliances.

About us:
You’d be sharing with a married couple in our early 30s (British & Canadian) both big foodies, love gigs and travelling.

Rowan - Former chef, now product designer. Into hosting dinner parties/events or some creative project. Any excuse for a holiday.

Arlen - Teacher/coach - obsessed with Ice hockey and anything outdoorsy.

We’d love to live with someone in a similar stage of life (late 20s–30s), who’s tidy, considerate and easygoing and takes responsibility for their share of looking after the flat.

Perfect for anyone visiting on a WHV

Not a party flat, but someone sociable who’s up for the occasional dinner, wine night or board game would be perfect.
