Hi!
We're two girls living in Victoria looking for a third housemate to share our spacious home with. Amy, 28 and I (29) work both work in tech and we met a few years ago at a rowing club.
We both enjoy sports, good food and the occasional glass of wine (yes, all of the basics…). We’ve both lived in London for a while so are out and about most evenings/weekends with friends but also like a hungover brunch together at the weekends. We’re looking for a similar girl in their mid-late twenties who is super clean and outgoing!
The room available is a quiet double room on the second floor facing away from the road which costs £800 + circa £100 bills (includes gas, electricity, council tax, tv license, internet and water), so £900 in total per month which is an absolute steal for the area!
The room is furnished with the bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk but welcome to bring your own (not the one in the picture). We share a bathroom between 3 of us. It’s a maisonette, so we have our own hallway downstairs which is perfect for bikes!
Our current flat mate is moving out after 3 years to live with her boyfriend, so we're looking for someone to take her room during that time. She'll be moving out on 2nd October, so looking for someone to move in that week.
In terms of our location, we’re in an amazing spot for transport options, with Victoria station no more than 5 mins walk away and St James’ park and Pimlico stations less than 10. Also, Hyde Park, Battersea Park etc are all within a 20 min walk - Its honestly by the best location
Last but not least we have the best private landlord ever - so there will be no fees to move in and should be very smooth-running!
