Room Available - Pimlico 7 min away from Victoria

Hi there!

My current flatmate is moving out soon, so I’m looking for someone lovely to take over his room 😊

The room is available from the end of January to mid-February, and I can be flexible if you’d like to move in a bit earlier.

We’ve lived here for a two and a half years now and absolutely love it, the flat is cosy, homely, and in a fantastic location. Everything you need is close by: a big Sainsbury’s is only a 5-minute walk away, there are plenty of great coffee shops, and Victoria Station is just 7 minutes from the door. It’s also super convenient for travelling to Gatwick Airport only a 40-minute train ride away.

The room itself is spacious, has lots of storage, and even comes with a view of the London Eye.

You’d be sharing with me: a Austrian/Italian 27-year-old entrepreneur who’s been living in the UK for seven years. I’m easy-going, like to keep the flat clean and comfortable, enjoy cooking, and occasionally host relaxed dinners with friends. On weekends I’m usually out and about and quite active.

I’m ideally looking for someone sociable, tidy, and who values a positive, team-player atmosphere at home.
