Looking for a friendly, very tidy and clean girl to move in from January 1, 2025. A little about us - I’m a 28 year old Aussie, working as a Project Manager. Bella is a 28 yr old Kiwi who works in political consulting. I’ve lived here for three years now and love living in Pimlico. We really emphasise cleanliness and treating shared living spaces with respect in the flat (non-negotiable).
It is such a quiet area but so conveniently located between all the best areas of London. Our landlord is really great (genuinely got so lucky in London and have a dedicated team to help with anything we need).

Some details:
The flat itself is lovely - top floor terraced 3 bed, 2 bath apartment. You will be sharing the main bathroom with only one other person, that has been newly renovated with a shower and bath! The room comes furnished with a wardrobe and room under the beds for additional storage.

Rent: £950 pcm
Bills come to around £100 a month but fluctuate with the energy cost.
Deposit is £1000

Move in date: April 1st - 12 month tenancy
