Double bedroom in Central London

Hello!

We're looking for a new flatmate to fill our bright and inviting double bedroom in Central London. Room comes with a good size double-bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet, cupboard, and a desk, and there's also plenty of shelving and storage throughout the flat to use.

The flat is modern and clean with everything you need nearby. There's a good-sized kitchen as well as a lovely open sitting room with a balcony that gets all the afternoon sun. Washing machine, kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi and cleaner included. Upstairs has the three bedrooms and a separate shower and toilet.

We're a 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube or about 15 minutes to Victoria with the 24 bus right outside the flat.

You would be sharing with Amber and Divya. We're both friendly and considerate, busy with work, studies and normal life things, but also ready to lounge, watch TV and have a drink after work. The flat is very much a home and all-around great place to live so we like to keep it nice and clean and are looking for another like-minded person to share the space. Loving plants is a bonus, as the flat has many.

The room would be available as of 15th of August, however we can be flexible if you need to move in earlier. The rent is £1015.23 per month with bills and cleaner included and there is a deposit needed of £1047. Two months notice required when any tenant wishes to move out.
