A cosy en-suite room is available for a Monday–Friday lodger in a bright, well-located flat in Pimlico (Zone 1).

Just a short walk from Victoria Station (12 minutes) and Pimlico Underground (8 minutes), the flat is also well connected by the C10 bus, which runs regularly to Waterloo in around 15 minutes. Battersea Park and the Power Station are only a 10-minute walk away, with the King’s Road reachable in 15 minutes.

The room is comfortable and best suited to a weekday let, offering a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and dressing table/desk. It also benefits from new carpets last spring throughout and a recently installed en-suite bathroom (completed last summer), with a bath, shower, sink and toilet.

Storage in the flat and room is limited, hence we are looking for a weekday lodger / someone who would love to have a perfectly central London base but isn’t looking to try and squeeze their entire life into the space.

Set within a bright corner flat on the third floor (stairs only), the property enjoys dual-aspect windows and lovely views from the bedroom towards the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament.

The flat itself has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, creating a relaxed and sociable space. the landlord has furnished and decorated the communal space with lots of art - it’s is a very characterful space!

The kitchen has oven and dishwasher (no microwave), and a washing machine, with a brilliant coin-operated laundrymat with driers 2 minute walk away.

You would be sharing with one full-time resident, a friendly professional woman in her 30s, and an additional flatmate who stays occasionally (a legal professional in his 80s) along with his small dog.

The flat is non-smoking, and the rent is £1050 per calendar month, with all bills included (except Television licence which you are responsible for if you watch tv on any personal device). Rent increases for couples dependent on arrangement with the landlord.

All bills including council tax are included in the monthly rent. This rent has increased by a small amount (approx + £50 pcm) year on year since I have lived in the flat.

This would suit a professional looking for a comfortable, central London base during the working week.
