Bedroom: an ensuite double bedroom available in a stunning 2 bed ground floor house with a back garden in Pimlico (Zone 1), available from Sept 13th (move in date may be flexible).

House: Along with a gorgeous, large back garden, we also have an open plan kitchen/living room, third guest bathroom and laundry room, so plenty of storage space and living space to enjoy!

Location: The house is a 10 minute walk from Victoria station for the Victoria line, Circle & District line and national rail. It's also a 15 minute walk from Chelsea, Belgravia and Battersea Park so incredibly central yet quiet.

About me: 29 year old professional Irish girl who's into food, running (classpass when it gets too hot) and trying new restaurants and bars. I'm an account manager, in the office twice a week - my office is outside London and I workout every day so I'm out of the house a lot.

Vibe: I love a chill night in watching trashy TV, a good BBQ or dinner party (if you'd like to co-host!), as well as exploring different parts of London at the weekends as I'm still pretty new to the city. I'm in great need of a running buddy but I will settle for the occasional coffee / pub adventure.

Fun stuff: We have a weekly cleaning and bin rota to make sure the house is always nice and tidy and while water is included in the rent, council tax, WIFI, gas and electricity come to about £100 per month.
