Double Room from 17Th September All Female

NO STUDENTS PLEASE!

I've recently moved into my lovely flat whilst I start to record an album in the city, I'm looking for a new female flatmate as my current flatmates go onto their next adventures. (ideally creatives or young professionals).

The room available, I am in now on a sublet until I change rooms and start a new contract, it is the smallest (but mighty) and comes with ample storage facilities and a bargain price of £1,000pm.

We enjoy social time, such as coffeeshop trips and walks to the park or pub. Also, as we have a large living room and kitchen (and a balcony) downstairs, it offers us a great space to hang out socially and privately. We like to respect eachothers privacy when we need alone time and remain a drama free, kind house and are looking to keep it that way. 🤍

In terms of location, we are a short walk to Battersea park and powerstation. Pimlico station is down the road & Victoria station is also a short walk. Chelsea is also walking distance, with great co-work spaces & can offer lower crowd levels than other nearby central areas. Personally I find the walk to Hyde Park/Soho/Mayfair very quick and it offers a great 5km running route past
Buckingham Palace etc.

We are on the 3rd floor, which is accessible via lift.

2nd floor has:
- 3 x Double Bedrooms
