En suit room in Pimlico

Hey guys, my friend Angela and I are looking for a flatmate! 🎉 We are two young professionals on their early 30th, that became really good friends by living together. We both like having nice chats in our big living room and enjoying the amazing area we live especially during summer. We both like sport, and go to the gym almost everyday and Angela loves cooking.

We both work during the week. It’s not a party house but a place where we can relax and chill together.

The flat is 1/2 min walk from pimlico station, around we have everything, gym, supermarkets, nice markets, Battersea park and everything you need is just not far away.

Me and Angela are living in two smaller rooms and are sharing a bathroom.
The room you would be living is HUGE (like a whole apartment without kitchen), has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a sofa and two big windows.
We just have gotten a new carpet all over the apartment and all the walls has been ridipinto.
We all three would be sharing an immense kitchen and living room with a big table.

We have a cleaning lady coming every two weeks for 2.30/3 hours.

Couples are not allowed. (Mandatory)
We are looking for preferably someone of our age.
Available from 1st of October. (flexible on the move-in date if needed).
Bills come up to around £100 depending on season!
