Hi! We’re two friendly Italians looking for a new flatmate to join our home in Pimlico, Central London, from the end of October.

We’re easygoing, respectful and like to keep the flat clean and peaceful. We’re looking for someone with a similar mindset who wants a calm home rather than a party flat.

About the flat:
• Spacious double room available from the end of October
• Located in Pimlico, one of Central London’s best-connected areas
• Walking distance to Victoria, Westminster and the River Thames
• Quiet and respectful building
• The flat is on a main road, so there’s some daytime traffic noise, but it’s generally a very peaceful area
