We have a spacious double bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment. Rent is £1,050 per month (bills not included). Bills tend to average around £80 a month including council tax, water, energy, internet, and household essentials.

The flat is located in a leafy neighbourhood and spread over an upper floor of a Georgian townhouse overlooking the Thames and St George's Square.

Pimlico underground station (on the Victoria line) is five minutes away and Victoria train station is a 15 minute walk. There are a large Sainsbury’s and smaller Tesco and Waitrose close by. There is a table tennis table in the gardens! The area is safe and really beautiful.

👭 Flatmates
We both work full time. Isabelle works in sustainability and she is from Ireland. James works in finance and he's from the UK. We have reasonably social lifestyles and enjoy doing things as a flat. We’re looking for someone considerate, clean, and sociable.
