Double Room in Pimlico — Two easy-going professionals seeking a third flatmate.

We're two friends working in finance, currently looking for a third housemate to rent a three bed lovely flat in Pimlico from October.

The flat:

Double room available, walking distance to Pimlico (8 mins) and Victoria stations (12 mins)

Spacious living, with a seperate kitchen area, great for cooking and unwinding after work. The living room is bright, has a lot of space and has access to the balcony.

The location, we are close to the river approx (13 min walk to Battersea park & Power station), St James's Park, and some excellent local pubs and cafés. You can walk to Sloane square in 20mins and it's about a 30 min walk to Imperial College/Knightsbridge.

Very well-connected for the City, Canary Wharf, and the West End as well as South London.

About us:

We're both early in our careers, sociable but respectful of downtime — happy to cook together and grab a drink some evenings, equally happy to just crash and watch a film.

We keep the place clean and tidy and are looking for someone with a similar vibe: professional or postgrad, considerate, and up for the occasional flat dinner or pub trip. We both work long hours during the week (I'm up at 6am & out by 6.30am Mon-Fri & typically I travel outside of London 1-2 weekends a month), so we're after someone peaceful and understanding — no weekday parties, and fairly quiet after 9pm.

Looking for:

A working professional (or postgrad), tidy and reliable
Someone sociable but independent, no need to be best friends, just easy to live with
Ideally available from the first week of October.

Rent: £900pcm, bills split threeways approx £150-ish, so all in roughly £1050-1100, deposit required is five weeks rent.
