Double room in friendly split-level flat

Looking for someone to take a double room in our flat in Pimlico from November 1st.

The flat is split over two floors and has a decent-sized living/dining room, separate kitchen, shower room and a separate toilet. The room gets a lot of natural light and has space for a double bed, drawers and clothes rail/storage.

I’m 25, Canadian, and pretty easygoing. I’m busy during the week but like actually getting along with the people I live with — having a drink, cooking together every now and then, watching something in the living room etc. That said, it’s definitely not a party flat and everyone has their own life.

Ideally looking for someone around a similar age who’s friendly, clean and considerate. Basically someone who wants a sociable flat rather than just renting a room, but also doesn’t expect everyone to hang out 24/7.

Rent is £1300 a month and bills are heating is included.

Pimlico and Victoria station are about 10 and 15 minutes away respectively.
