Seeking Student or Young professional for Pimlico

Room available in a spacious three-floor flat in Pimlico, around 5–10 minutes’ walk from Victoria Station.

We have lived in London since 2023 and all work in the shipping sector. I have recently received a work opportunity abroad and will therefore be moving out shortly.

The flat is shared with two others. You would share a bathroom with one person, while the third flatmate uses a separate bathroom. We all work fairly long hours and travel regularly, and as the flat is spread across three floors, it never feels particularly crowded.

We would ideally like to find a Scandinavian tenant, although we are of course open to people from all over the world.

Minimum stay would preferably be 2–3 months, although we are very open to someone looking for a longer-term arrangement.

Running costs are relatively low. Electricity, gas and council tax currently come to approximately £100–150 per month in total per person.
