Room in 3 bed flat in Pimlico, £1095 per month

My flatmate (30F) and I (29F) are looking for a new person to join us in our three bed flat in Pimlico. Female preferred, but amenable to anyone if we think you're the right fit! We're both civil servants working in the FCDO, spending most of our time in the office with the occasional day working from home. We're very good friends, have dinner together once or twice a week and make sure we socialise together outside the flat regularly too. Keen for a clean, considerate, fun flatmate to replace our friend, who is moving in with her boyfriend!

Flat is 3 bed, the room available is the smallest in the flat (has a small double bed) but the best storage with built-in wardrobes. One shared bathroom, with a downstairs toilet. Main kitchen/living room is a decent size and the flat is split over two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room on the first floor, plus the additional toilet, and second floor has the bedrooms and main bathroom. Bills are approximately £100 a month. Central location in Pimlico, Victoria station is a 7 minute walk and it's a 25 minute walk to Westminster for any fellow civil servants!
