Looking for someone to takeover my flatmates room from early October (~Oct 4). I’d be moving out in March.
The flat has a loft-style feel with exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony - lots of natural light and a really lovely, cozy atmosphere.
4 minute walk from St. James station and 10 min from Victoria Station. Tesco express, Whole Foods and Boots all within 5-10 minute walk.
Rent is £1370 with bills around ~£100 / month. In unit washer/dryer and completely furnished. Council tax is included in estimated bills (approx £50 when split by us two) x
