You’ll be sharing with just me, Katie, 26, a professional working in finance. I work from the office Monday to Friday, so I’m out during the day on weekdays. I’m sociable and love having a glass of wine, cooking and occasionally sharing dinner together in the evenings or at weekends. Equally, I really value having my own space and a calm home, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same.

Ideally you’ll be clean, considerate, respectful and easy-going, and someone who would enjoy a friendly, relaxed flatshare where we can be sociable when we feel like it, but also completely comfortable doing our own thing.

One of my favourite things about Pimlico is that it has a lovely quiet, residential feel, while still being incredibly close to Victoria, Westminster and the West End.

🚗 Parking
Street parking is available directly outside the flat. You would need to apply for a Westminster Council parking permit, which is roughly £130 per year, depending on your car size and emissions.
