Hey! We’re Jackie and Martin, two professionals who happen to be friends from our hometown circle. Our friend will be moving to Greece, so we’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to take her double room from 29 October.

We love spending time together and hosting friends, but also value our independence and respect each other’s space. We’re hoping to find someone chill yet tidy who can join in our love for cooking and dinner dos, travelling and getting our cultural fix, as well as watching (and debating!) a meaty box set tv series.

Our 3-bedroom flat, sitting across 2.5 floors of a beautiful Victorian townhouse, has a spacious open-plan living area and skylight access to the roof.

The available room is a furnished double, with the option of the desk included, north-east facing with good sunlight. You’ll be sharing the common bathroom with just one other housemate.

Our neighbourhood offers good access to amenities and green spaces, with a Tesco, Little Waitrose and big Sainsbury’s all round the corner, Battersea, St. James’s and Green Park all around a 20min walk away, and galleries like Tate Britain right on our doorstep. Explore local coffee spots, cosy Italian delis, and international grocers, or take a scenic stroll to the King’s Road and Trafalgar Square areas.

Transport:
Located in TfL Zone 1, we’re well connected via the Victoria line from Pimlico station, less than 5mins away on foot, providing fast transfers to interchanges like Green Park and Highbury & Islington, and major terminals like Euston and King’s Cross.

We are also well served by National Rail services from Victoria (<15mins walk) and Vauxhall (<20mins walk) stations, with coach services from Victoria as well.
